What is an assessment report?

An assessment report consists of measurement of a human performance on 100-basic traits on 11- standards performance levels. Further an individual is measured on 12-basic competencies along with an overall rating called Total Human Potential. Te Total Human Potential will also lead to the overall judgment of the highest possible achievement by the individual in the realizable future.
How is the career compatibility arrived at?

The competencies are matched with the requirements of ten basic professions or any other profession the individual is actively pursuing. The matching of the individual score with the desired score tells about the degree of compatibility.
Competency Development Program

Assessment centre is not a development program although a major change can be observed after the Assessment Centre. This is primarily due to the consciousness the Assessment Centre creates about traits & competencies. For the purpose of development of competencies a separate overall competency development program or a specific competency development program is suggested.
Program Feature

An assessment centre would consist of min of 6-students or maximum of 12-students in one batch. The assessment centre would be operational between 9am to 5pm followed by a feedback session of 30-minutes. The assessment is an open study & it is backed up by audio & video supports to help an individual recap the events & performance. The assessment centre is a unique way of assessing an individual minimally on the knowledge base & maximum on the application base. Hence there are no subject examinations. Majority of the projects & exercises involves a group & hence there is no stress what so ever on an individual. The environment is generally very conducive of putting the most spirited performance since there is no loser or winner in the assessment centre.
Charges:

The assessment center of 7-days duration would cost Rs.10, 000/-. The amount is payable all at the time of booking the seat. The charges for the same in Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore/ Chennai are 12, 5000/-. Residential facilities could be made available at Pune, if required.
Note- For those who wish to save costs a self-assessment based single-person screened report is also available for a price of Rs.2500/- per person. The facilities are available currently only at Pune & shall soon be extended to other cities.
