Making Best Of Childhood is an ambitious project directed by Ms Preeti Manekar, an corporate Hr professional turned child counselor. She has been researching on child growth models that would be both realistic & universal. For past 8-years she has been a part of a process child development program based on the book Making Best of childhood.
She is an impulsive researcher specifically on various acts & stages of transforming infant into a most competitive teenager ready to launch with capabilities, attitude & values. She has set up a parallel parenting program that overshoots the boundaries of biological parenting & takes them through the higher echelons of social & spiritual parenting. She is a core consultant in the ambitious social HR project of Intelligence School. The project seeks to drive people out of the complexes of non-formal education. Her social perspective of collective human growth is based on the fact that whereas the accumulation of knowledge is expensive the application of knowledge also known as intelligence is very cheap. Since majority of the schools do not teach intelligence all those who could not go to school have actually not lost much factually. Her efforts are therefore to create consciousness for intelligence & the intelligence profile than the academic performance.
